How Peaceful, Lawful, Harmonious living FOR SOCIETY iS Taught

Maori Society and Law was very complex prior to European Contact. Therefore stories, legends and folklore were used to teach. Education used traditional debate and deliberating so the students with mana had a familiar association with sacred and esoteric knowledge blended with correct, honorable, law and orderly living for a civil society.

Education History of Gods, History of the People and Whakapapa of the people from IO 
Agriculture, Warfare, Survival, Hunting Fishing,  was separate.
